some of us are heading up tomorrow, im still a maybe for the trip because i dont have the van done yet but im sure it will be finished by the 4th.

ok, plans changed. We are not going to Silver on the 26th. We are going to wait till the following weekend of the 4th. I guess that on the 4th of July you can stay in the dunes after dark and watch the fireworks over the lake. That sounds like way more fun!! Let me know if you can make it that weekend.

i dont know if ill have the money that weekend. im going on a fishing trip in the UP the weekend before that and ill probably be broke. if the fishing trip gets canceled ill be there though.

well i just got laid off from work so ill have plenty of time to work on my van. i should be able to get it done within the next month or so. i think a bunch of us are heading to the dunes in july sometime.

Memorial Day Weekend is just a few days away!! Whos going up? I think that the wife and I are gunna head up north with the RV and do a little camping and maybe swing over to the dunes for a day but I wont have the MAZDA there. Not quite ready yet. Soon though. Have fun you guys and be safe!

nah, one of the guys that helped me work on the van passed away from a heart attack on the 20th so we are takin a break for a little bit. ill repost as soon as i make anymore progress.

I have been very occupied with my new job the last three weeks and havent had a chance to get online. Someone give me an update. Anyone been up to Silver yet???

Latest beast in the barn.
'75 horse....393 stroker Windsor, locker 9" rear...4.56 rear/4.34 front, Yukon axles, Sucker pulls very hard in the sand.
Still have a little work to do. Just finished re-wire of complete vehicle...what a basket of copper cobras.
