elelbrock multipoint efi with 4l60e/ smog

i have a 95 chevy silverado that is built for the desert as far as suspension goes. the truck currently has a 4.3l v6 in it, which obviously needs to go. i already have a complete 350 bored .30 over. as far as intake i have a edelbrock multipoint efi with the aftermarket computer. is there anyway to use this intake/computer with the 4l60e transmission without having to buy an expensive transmission control module? also anyway to make all the smog sensors work?
