what you do is you find where u want the emblems on the fender and the put painters tape over where you want the emblem mark a hole on the tape drill the holes and remove the tape the tape is there so it dosnt scratch the paint around the holes

the fenders have the pre-marked holes on them where the old ones were, but what I am finding is that that its not as easy as slapping them on, opening the hood and tightening them down. Because of the inner-fender wall, I can't even get a hand in there where the emblems would be poking through.

The last emblems were glued on by the body shop that had painted the truck in 96. They fell off. . . So I have 2 new ones and I'm looking for a trick that doesn't use the "glue shortcut."
