Who's ready for the 500?
I am so pumped for this coming season. I think it will be a great one, and personally, I hope Kyle Busch wrecks every race, but I think he will contend. I live only 30 miles from Columbia, Mo. and have watched Carl Edwards race on dirt many years, so I hope Cousin Carl finally wins the big one this year. I imagine Jimmy will do well again this year, as will Jr. When I was in the Army in the late '80s, I was lucky enough to go to the Firecracker 400 in Daytona, as well as both Atlanta races in '88. Got to meet Dale Sr. and Rusty Wallace at the 400, and Dale was the most down to earth and genuinely nice guy you could have ever met. Any thoughts on who will win the big race? I am pulling for Carl.

I am for sure going to watch the first race next Sunday. Have not been to any of the races but really want to go someday. STill hoping they put a track out here in the Pacific NorthWest. Will he win, don't know, but I always cheer on Kahne, cause he is a local guy!

I am pulling for Carl and Mark Martin. I have always been a Martin fan,i think he has a good shot at the title this year just to bad it will not be in a ford. I have been to the Daytona 500 a few times and a couple of the 400 races also. i live in Homestaed Fl. and have Season tickets to the Nov. Race, i have been to every race since the track first opened.

I like Mark, too. You are lucky to have went to all the races. I know, as soon as my name comes up on the list for tickets to Ks, I will be there every year. Good luck on getting a track closer to home! If you ever get a chance to go to a race, do it, it is addicting!

I myself am pulling for JR or martin. Martin deserves a good year it would be great if he was able to do what JR did for the duels last yr. Been a Martin fan for years my family is from batesville so its like a hometown hero thing even though im up here in michigan.. GO TEAM HENDRICK!!!!!

It will be a great race. I too hope Kyle Busch wrecks every race and takes Jimmy Jonson out with him. I'm pull'in for Dale Jr., he needs to get a win already and forget about last year.

Awe c'mon guys,there's nothing wrong with KYLE BUSCH except for the fact that he's driving a toyota. He is certainly alot better than BIG DUH JR.,who inherited nothing from his father but the name.And although i'm a JEFF GORDON fan i have nothing but respect for JIMMY JOHNSON....after all ,champion 4 yrs. in a row,you can't argue with facts.
