sheldon, my brothers bonneville had the same kind of clunk, it was a broken end link on the swaybar. you couldn't see it, and prying on it probably wouldn't create the same sound. as the body weight shifts the bar slaps the mount. I would bet that's the problem you've got.

Oh and I totally caught a cop doing a 180 burnout in the rain lol! and realized I was there and just nonchalantly cruised away hahahah .

Could the uni-body itself be an issue!?! As much as I hope not Everything seems fine. the only thing that isn't new is the drivers side control arm. Its practically a new front end.

Even tho I'm oh so tired of talkin about my front end, I have a new clunk, It happens during turning from a stop sign, And just hittin bumps. I just had it on the jack I took the pry bar out and reefed on everything. It all seems tight. At first I thought it could be the shocks. cause they were next on the list to be changed. but I highly doubt it. Oh and something settled in with a nice clunk while I was under the car. I flew out from under it scrathed up my back pretty good doing it to lol it wasn't the jack cause I had stands under it.
