thanks for jumping in kevin, I went to bed kinda early after I left my comment. Sheldon, it sounds like it's broken so most likley after you have the car on jack stands you may be able to pry it out (hence the noise it made), but putting the new one in should go pretty quickly

Impala, I wouldn't doubt if my shocks are makin noise lol. There leakin abit and have alot of play. if I wait long enough. You might think I've got hydros. lol I'll be ridin dirty like you lol

Sure you can just unbolt it Sheldon. It isnt supporting the weight of your car. If you can, have bothe sides lifted the same so the suspension isnt twisted, that way the end link wont be loaded. good chance you will have to shock it out of the knuckle, but a god swing with a heavy hammer will accomplish that after the nut is off

Awesome! I Think I'll try and change that sucker this weekend. Can I just jack it up and unbolt it? or am I looking at disassembling everything again? I would like to just do it rite in the laneway if possible.

Well, the end link in the pic is the drivers side. And that one. Prying of the spindle I can back it out like almost a 1/4 inch, passenger side is stiff. you think that could cause a deep clunk over bumps and turning?

The main bushing in the top pick looks good Sheldon. The second from the top is your end link. Check that like you would a tie rod end for play. IS it tight, or does it have any play? Can you twist it?
