Has anybody used these tires yet in some mudd boggin, i was lookin into getting soem new tires, and yes i want Boggers like everyone elese. But i was thinking of being diff something you dont see to much. I was thinking of getting some pit bull mudders for the rear of crusher to test them out. Any info on these tires would help thanks guys have a good one.
Cut out Lugs on Boggers are the best I have ever seen next to paddles, from what I have seen on a couple of rock buggy type things, the pit bull rocker tires float in the mud and not really have any forward thrust. They work great on the trails and on the rocks, and I would say ok in the mud, but nothing like a bogger or swamper. As far as tires never seen are the Interco SS-M16 Swampers, I would like to see how they work.
I had a set of 37" Pit Bull Rockers and my brother had a set of 39" we could go the same places in the mud. The Rockers were awesome in sand and hill climbing. The lugs on the mudders seemed to be too close together, and would be hard cleaning out. My brother went with swampers
I AGREE WITH MUD SLUT. I HAVE A SET OF THE ROCKERS AND I LIKE THEM BETTER THAN THE MUDDERS. THE ROCKERS CLEAN OUT MUCH BETTER. I HAVE MINE A SET OF 14 WIDES TO TRY TO KEEP THEM WIDE. THEY CALL FOR A 10 OR 12. BUT THEY FLOAT ON TOP OF THE MUD AND KEEP YOU GOING FORWARD INSTEAD OF DOWN. BUT I DONT THINK THEY ARE NEARLY AS GOOD AS A SWAMPER OR BOGGER ASSUMING YOU HAVE THE POWER TO TURN SWAMPERS OR BOGGERS. BUT THE ROCKERS WILL OUT LAST EITHER ONE OF THEM IF YOU DRIVE ON THE STREET A LOT.
Cool, seems that my experience around them is about the same as everyone elses, great trail tire, ok in the mud because they float, which in my part of the country is not a good thing, final question is how do they do on the slick snow bladed streets of winter, will the go or will they embass you? I have experenced being driven around by a an old woman in a little front wheel drive car up a hill, while lock'd in 4WD, locked rear axle and spinning the crap out of a set of SX Swampers 35/15.5-16.5 tires, Not Cool. Those tires drove 80 in the ditch and 20mph on the highway, but to this day I have never seen a more awesome trail/mud tire. Just not a winter road tire at all.
any wide tire sucks in the snow. a skinny tire is what works in the snow. and i have yet to see a 38x 8.50 so i doubt any tires made for wheelin will work in the snow.

They are way to hard for ice and snow. I just left colorado and a friend had them on his jeep I pulled him out of a ditch on the way to work one morning in my wifes xterra with street tires. They were great aired down in the rocks though.
Still won't clean like a bogger, or swamper. Take my advice, buy what your wallet will allow, but don't buy something that hasen't been proven. Daily driven probably work great, but mudding, very, very doubtfull. They will not clean
I agree you have to be able to turn them!!!!!!!!! But what i'm saying is they still won't clean like a bogger or swamper.
If your in a deep bog mud pit, like we run here, a deep lug pattern works the best, like (SWAMPERS, BOGGERS). We personally haven't seen any Pitbull tires, at any race we have been involved in.
If he is still wanting a tire for a daily driver, then yea they probably work great!!!!! Remember a bogger, or swamper will not last very long if your driving on the highway, even if you rotate them every 2,500 miles. The compound is to soft!!
We run boggers, and rice and canes on our race truck. And believe me we can turn em, with no problem. Check out the web site (ccary 11.com) and click on double dirty mud bogger. That's me running boggers in a 200 ft. pit. Wasn't to deep that night. It usually runs deeper than that. Good luck with what ever tire you buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Okay web site is down for that video. Try Youtube.com, then type ccary11, then playin double dirty mud bogger!!!!!!!
Or you can visit Funrunmunrun.com, go to videos, and click on Harvey Wall banger!!!! That's my wife driving in a deep pit, when she hit the wall and knocked the tire off the wheel. You can see the tire fall off at the end of the run
nice runnin truck. i am a swamper guy myself. i have about a 350 hp street class vaccumm pulling truck. if i go to full on race truck i would go with a bogger. my theory on boggers are if ya cant turn the hell out of them then they just dig ya down and bury ya. so until i turn em like you i will stick to swampers. i run the pitbulls on my wifes truck they seem to do fine for what they are. 35's are 35's they only carry ya so far. i think boggers and swampers are gonna be the best deep mud boggin tire we will probly ever see besides a set of cuts. anyway good lookin truck
Thank you!!!!!!!! Took us 10 years of sweat, blood, cussing, and MONEY to get to where we are now. 10 years ago i was running 34x9.50x15 super swampers in the stock class with my 76 blazer. It was and still is a blast!! Heck we only had about a 375 horse motor.
Now with the 383 were putting out 700 horses. Things have changed alot in 10 years.
From the looks of your avatar you have a blazer?? Nice truck also!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
