Hey Rick, Yea we considered, but we are out of money for the build. I was able to trade a carburator for the NOS set up, so it kept me from having to get more funds. Most of my money for this build came from drug seizures, and some helpful donations from local business.

Hey Greg have you looked at procharges instead of nos? They're alittle more money but the engine last longer.

Just joined. I'm a Deputu Sheriff in Colorado. My Department has 1 drag car for "Race A Cop" and I am building a second at one of the local high schools with there shop classes. I am the School Resource Officer there. We are building a 03 Crown Vic. It is a retired SRO car. It has been stripped and gutted, as well as back halfed. We pulled the engine in favor of a 502 Crate from Chevy. We also had a friend in local drag racing port and install a Nos system into our single plane manifold. We hope to get the car into the 10's at altitude!

Hello to all I am not currently sworn as a police officer how everi have 12 yrs as a officer, opened my shop after being deployed to iraq, and i have now transfered to the MP national guard unit here in alaska. to all out there be safe and keep your head down. GOD BLESS US ALL

Hello to all my brother and sister Law Enforcement Officers. I just joined in this morning. Been on the job for 20 years, it's been fun and crazy at the same time. Working on my cars keep me from going off the deep end. Stay Safe.

Wow Pat.........no kidding! Hopefully you were not that close on approach when it happened. Must have stopped the heart for a second! Glad it wasn't a murder suicide, or suicide by cop. Stay safe....
