it doesnt go away when it gets warm its just there when you go from a stop to a start. I do know that I have a fouled plug aka a bad seal but I need to get atleast one more year out until I give it the 500 horse powerplant im planning

Out of curiosity, spray carb cleaner along the intake manifold/head junction also, spray the carb base to manifold area. It may be sucking air and running lean.

Take a look at the "engines" group n here. There is a discussion on Q-jet carburetors. Adjusting & tuning , Help is there. What do you mean by 'stutter' ? There have been problems with floats, and a non-adjustable carb base. They can be overcome.

I need help. I have a 1986 Chevy c20 custom deluxe. The carb has a stutter and I dont think there is an adjustment. I replaced everything else plugs wires etc. Is there anything I am missing?

I've read that timing must be retarded 2* per 50 hp nitrous. I can't say for certain, but I would do that. I've also read about some racers with a huge Nitrous setup went to a dedicated fuel pump & line just for nitrous. I would up the octane as insurance. Richer jets, lesser nitrous Contact a Nitrous company for the real true answer. Sorry that I can't help more.

suggest c-16 spike? Should I have to retard timing? I havent done a carbed car before with the imports anything over a 75 shot we started retarding the timing.
