Carb mount bolts

Ok guys,

 

I have a bit of a problem as a carb mount bold brock off in my front head and its made of hardend metal so I'm not having great luck with drilling it out. Any ideas?

you may not want to hear this but it may be better to take the head off and take it to a machine shop
