Just picked up a 76 GMC short bed 4X4. Someone has replaced the original 400 with a mid 70s 350 and it has auto tranny on the column. Nice looking little rig, but have plans to make it better. Will post pics on this site soon.

Thats my 87 gmc 1500, 6 inch lift with 35 bfgoodridge m/t. 350 small block with not much done to it. kn filter, throttle body and a performance program chip by powerlabs performance diesal.

-12 degrees really sucks with no garage and new parts...i am starting a project PUNISHER on my 82 gmc half ton..i rescued this truck from some tweekers.....

oh that sucks, ya i planned on giving it a once over i know how bad some of those columns can be. i used to work at an auto wrecker so i've seen it all. thanks for the info tho.

Joe you may regret the tilt column, all i can say is loctite the 3 screws that hold it together mine almost came off in my hands once.
