69 Camaro Seat track question

Hey can anyone tell me if there is a way to determine LH driver and RH pass on seat tracks? I bought a used set and Im not real sure which track is used for the inner track toward tunnel for the passenger side. Any info or help on this is appreciated. Thanks Steve
